Good article from Mobile Marketer on how agencies should fold mobile strategy into their offering for brand clients.  You can always make a good argument for new media and new technology but what it comes down to is trust and confidence from your client.

Malls Test Apps to Aid Shoppers

Nice article about shopping malls exploring audience engagement with mobile apps. Its still in the early stages but ‘loyalty program(s) coupled with an offer for the mall environment’ looks like a promising area to explore. ShopKick and other technology-based companies are getting involved with location aware tools. Malls are facing an online migration trend of shoppers which is project to grow 10% yearly to 2015.
