Other than showing off that you are a professional drinker, this is a great engagement strategy using NFC via LifeSynk. Maybe they should call it LifeDrynk. Using QR and NFC to hook you up with deals in the pub, you also resonate your message out socially to Facebook and Twitter. On a local level this is a very good case study for any nightlife, entertainment venue to leverage the social, local, mobile communications tool kit.
